Customer Services Administrator
Salary: up to £18,000pa + benefits

Our client is a leading Financial Services organisation with an excellent reputation for career development.

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Administrator to join their Basingstoke office.

The purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service to their key clients via telephone and email dealing with day to day enquires and managing relationships effectively.

You will also be responsible for establishing clients needs in order to effectively produce and issue quotes along with general administrative duties.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, who are highly customer focussed and able to demonstrate the ability to work well within a team and follow processes.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's including English and Math grade C or above (or equivalent).

Knowledge/experience of using MS Excel is also an advantage
