Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service support role based in Aylesbury.

As a Customer Service representative you will provide excellent customer service and support to customers answering any incoming calls that come through to the support department and logging any customer requests through a ticketing system. This is a varied role where you will be involved in a number of tasks and some lower level technical support.

Skills and Experience:

. Experience in a Customer support environment
. Experience of handling incoming customer service calls
. The ability to remain calm when dealing with a difficult issue/customer
. The ability to prioritise issues
. The ability to work under pressure
. Excellent communication skills
. A knowledge of Microsoft office products
. An interest in Technical issues and technology
