Job Description:

Our client is one of the largest operator of Indoor Children's Play Centre's in the UK with five sites located in the South East of England and has a great reputation for providing exciting, yet safe play facilities, comfortable seating is available for waiting parents and a café provides a wide range of food and beverages. Birthday party packages are a hit with all children of all ages.

As the General Manager, your role will be to ensure the day to day operation of the site by having motivated and skilled staff who deliver a fun and stress-free customer experience. You will be responsible for all sections within site play frame, reception, café and kitchen staff.

Ideally you will be from a customer-focused, restaurant, catering or pub, facilities background, (although not essential) you will be a team player with the desire to develop yourself and those around you.

To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate excellent, organisational and people management skills. In addition, you should have an eye for detail, effective communication skills and a hands-on approach to leadership, leading by example.

Times

9am - 6.30pm 5 days from 7, which ideally in the month will be 1 weekend off, 1 weekend working, 1 Saturday off & 1 Sunday off.
